Terms of Member Registration Fees and Fees for Service

By becoming a Member and registering you confirm that you are over the age of 16 and are paying the membership fees personally. The services that are included in the monthly membership fee are:

access to the website and all materials provided
support group programs
available chat rooms

Fees for Service would be charged for anything outside of the scope of the aforementioned above. This would be discussed and charges would be agreed upon in writing. These include but are not limited to:

one on one request of service via email
webinars
workshops
conferences

People Under Construction (www.peopleunderconstruction.com) retains the right to refuse any request made by you, if considered inappropriate. If it is considered an inappropriate request, you will be notified of the rejection of the request.

By placing a request you are offering to purchase a product / service on and subject to the following Terms & Conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price (price may or may not be included with the monthly membership fee).

Once your request is accepted we will inform you of the price and time frame of expectation by email. When placing a request you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the services. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract

When you register, you are in acknowledgement of a relationship starting between both parties. A contract between us will be formed for the duration of the membership. Please also refer to the Disclaimer, the Mutual Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement, Privacy Policy and any other documentation in the Policies section.

Relationship of the Parties

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Services performed by People Under Construction (www.peopleunderconstruction.com), its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates shall be as an independent contractor and that nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship or otherwise between the parties.

Pricing

People Under Construction (www.peopleunderconstruction.com) tries to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products / services which you have requested we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your request at the correct price.

Payment

Upon receiving your member registration, your account / card will be debited immediately. Every month it may be required again for the monthly membership renewal. If additional services are requested, after discussion and email verification of the agreement on the services and payment required, the amount will be debited.

Termination of Agreements

Both the Member / user and People Under Construction (www.peopleunderconstruction.com) have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Choosing not to renew the monthly membership for services will result in Termination of Agreement.

Sales Tax

Members / users will be responsible for paying any applicable sales tax - taxes are included in the price and will be based upon the geographical location given during the registration process, if and when taxes apply.

Statute of Limitation

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website, Products, Services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Canada and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.
